JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin is an advantage.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Manufacturing/ Production Operations or equivalent) is required for this position. Knowledge with woodworking industry is an advantage.
- Possess strong sense of responsibilities, committed, self driven, result oriented and initiative to search for excellence and improvement of productivity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in ISO 9001 QMS is an advantage.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
- Plan and determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Supervise, train and evaluate the production & maintenance team.
- Monitor production to resolve issues.
- Ensure output meets quality standards.
- To submit weekly reports and other reports as and when required.
