EDUCATOR
FIELD BASED – IRELAND (Dublin Area)
Monday & Tuesday
8:30am – 5:30pm
16 hours per week
Capital Hair and Beauty are seeking an Educator to carry out in salon demonstrations on colour and retail for all brands distributed by Capital Hair and Beauty i.e. Keune, Sweet Professional and other exclusive brands and products, for the Republic of Ireland.
The ideal candidate we be required to possess excellent knowledge of the salon professional industry, making them a valuable asset to our existing team.
Strong analytical and organisational skills supported by sales experience and knowledge of the professional hair care market will be key to bring success to this exciting and challenging role.
The Candidate will be a motivated and resilient individual looking to work in a very exciting, dynamic and growing industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To deliver training of salon staff in designated salons in the use of Keune, Sweet Professional and other exclusive brands and products distributed by Capital Hair & Beauty
- To promote and sale of products and services such as Keune, Sweet Professional and other exclusive brands and products distributed by Capital Hair & Beauty
- Be proactive in improving the education team through upskilling, quarterly educator group meeting to improve and deliver consistent training goals
- To make effective use of the above equipment and demonstration stock in every call
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of professional hair care industry
- Minimum Experience of 1 year as an Educator with a premium brand
- Be self-motivated, organised and have great leadership skills.
- Full clean driving licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) other computer literacy
- Desire to achieve in a competitive but rewarding industry
