Customer Service Executive (FT) [Malaysia]


 
Responsible for dealers’ online ticketing inquiry solutions as follows:
  • Part activation.
  • Check part availability.
  • Order Management (placing orders/order cancellation).
  • Checking on claim submission/ claim status.
  • Check and release blocked orders.
  • System problems escalation to the relevant IT support team.
  • Portrays positive teamwork.
  • Fulfillment of assigned projects, in line with management requirements.

Requirements:
  • Customer service and shipping/dispatch control experience.
  • Familiar with international trade, freight forwarding processing, and documentation.
  • Knowledge about international freight regulations (i.e. IATA) and dangerous goods dispatch requirements.
  • Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Transport/Logistics or its equivalent.
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking with the added advantage of skills in another language.
  • Must be versatile in working with computer system processes.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
