Responsible for dealers’ online ticketing inquiry solutions as follows:
- Part activation.
- Check part availability.
- Order Management (placing orders/order cancellation).
- Checking on claim submission/ claim status.
- Check and release blocked orders.
- System problems escalation to the relevant IT support team.
- Portrays positive teamwork.
- Fulfillment of assigned projects, in line with management requirements.
Requirements:
- Customer service and shipping/dispatch control experience.
- Familiar with international trade, freight forwarding processing, and documentation.
- Knowledge about international freight regulations (i.e. IATA) and dangerous goods dispatch requirements.
- Diploma in Business Administration or Diploma in Transport/Logistics or its equivalent.
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking with the added advantage of skills in another language.
- Must be versatile in working with computer system processes.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
