You support our team as
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
- Handling suppliers invoices using an accounts payable automation system in SAP
- Posting accounts payables invoices
- Managing master data accounts payables including creation and modification
- Preparing suppliers payments
- Managing intercompany invoices by balancing confirmations and facilitating payments via netting
- Following up on the USD Bank account
- Clearing supplier balances
- Responding to supplier payment reminders
- Clearing GR/IR (Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt)
- Acting as a backup for accounting colleagues, including managing bank transactions, travel expense notes, and unblocking orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in SAP is an asset
- Thoroughness, accuracy, fast in execution
- Ability to learn quickly new tasks
- Good communication skills
- Team-player
