- Review and analyze the blocked orders, by getting the information for support and seek the appropriate approval to release the orders in the system
- Follow-up and solution to queries related to the order release process
- Collaborate with Country Business Partner to align strategy for order release
- Generate and analyze different reports related to order release metrics to provide the root cause of the locks, the value, the main customers and the information necessary for decision making
- Proactively challenge the status quo, making fact-based recommendations to standardize and streamline processes according to the guidelines established by Novartis, to optimize time and resources that could generate savings for the company
- Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures, including internal and external auditors and NFCM controls Maintain a good relationship with internal customers
- Perform credit analysis and different credit activities to support the credit risk management

Minimum requirements
- University level degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Finance or Chartered Accountant.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- 3 years of financial experience preferable in similar position in a Shared Service Center environment. Understanding of sales / commercial processes 3-4 years relevant experience Analysis & synthesis of business information
- Relationship Management Proven Ability to Develop trust-based relationships with key regional stakeholders Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a multi-national, matrix organization.
- SAP knowledge
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable. The position requires a self-driven, diligent, compliance mindset.
